Mangalore Chem. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Dividend Updates

Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today , May 07, 2025, has recommended the dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity shares of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing annual general meeting.
