Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants.\r\nc) Recommendation of Final Dividend @ 150 % i.e. Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three Only) per Share of Rs. 2/- each (Face Value) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing 57th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company.\r\n\r\n\r\n
