Shivamshree Business - Non-Applicability Of Large Corporate Entity Criteria For The Financial Year Ended 31St March, 2025.

Pursuant to SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/DDHS/CLR/P/2018/144 dated November 26,2018, we confirm that our company Shivamshree Businesses Limited does not fall under the large corporate (LC) Category for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2025 as it does not fulfill the criteria as specified in the Para 2.2 of the said Circular.
