As of December 2024, 57.37% is owned by Indian Promoters and 42.63% by Public.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Comfort Fincap company are Luharuka Commotrade Private Limited (211.16 lakhs shares / 33.85%), Anil Agrawal Huf (58.20 lakhs shares / 9.33%), Luharuka Sales & Services Private Limited (49.53 lakhs shares / 7.94%) and Luharuka Investment & Consultants Private Limited (39.00 lakhs shares / 6.25%).
