Bombay Dyeing - Board Meeting Outcome for OUTCOME OF THE BOARD MEETING OF THE BOMBAY DYEING AND MANUFACTURING COMPANY LIM

This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 5th May, 2025 considered and approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2025 and Recommended the final dividend for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2025 @60% i.e. Rs 1.20/- (Rupees One and Twenty Paise Only) per equity share of Rs 2/- each to be declared at the 145th Annual General Meeting of the Company.\r\n\r\n
