Redemption of Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares ('OCRPS') As per\r\nscheme of Amalgamation approved by the Hon'ble High court vide orders dated: 13-10-2014\r\nand approved by SEBI vide Letter no: CFD/DIL-2/OW/12979/2016 dated: 04-05-2016 and\r\nBSE vide letter no: DCS/AMAL-Part B/ND/24(f)/079/2016-17 dated: 05-05-2016 and orders\r\nof the NCLT vide order dated: 29-05-2023.\r\n\r\n2. To consider any other matter with the permission of the chair.
