M/s Shine Fashions (India) Limited have received the Listing approval Letter from the Bombay Stock Exchange for listing of 90,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each issued at Premium of Rs. 202/-bearing distinctive numbers from 2918001 to 3008000 issued to Non-Promoters on preferential basis pursuant to conversion of warrants into equity shares (Second Tranche).
