PAE - Outcome Of 8Th Monitoring Committee Meeting Of PAE Limited Held On 02Nd May, 2025

In Continuation of our earlier communication dated 30th April, 2025. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the monitoring committee at its meeting held today has approved the dissolution of the monitoring committee and handed over the management of the corporate debtor to the successful resolution applicant
