Marico Ltd. - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e. May 2, 2025 inter-alia recommended a final equity dividend of Rs.7.00/-per equity share of Re.1 each for the financial year 2024-25 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 37th AGM
