This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e. May 2, 2025, based on recommendation of the Nomination and Renumeration Committee, approved inter-alia the re-appointment of Mr. Saugata Gupta (DIN: 05251806) as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer for a term of 2 (two) years w.e.f. April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2028, subject to approval of the shareholders
