As intimated vide our letter Ref.: SATCHMO/001/2025-26 dated April 18, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company met on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 and amongst other businesses, have considered and approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the fourth quarter and the year ended March 31, 2025.\r\n\r\nThe meeting commenced at 15.30 PM on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 and concluded at 20:00 PM on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.\r\n \r\nThe Statutory Auditors have issued the Standalone and Consolidated Audit Reports with Modified opinion. \r\n
