The Postal Ballot process for approving the appointment of Director was concluded on April 29, 2025. The Members of the Company had approved the appointment of Justice Chitra Venkataraman (Retd.) (DIN 07044099) as a Non-Executive Independent Director not liable to retire by rotation, for a period of five (5) consecutive years, from March 25, 2025 to March 24, 2030.
