With reference to announcement made by the Company to the stock Exchange on April 28, 2025 w.r.t Intimation of Change in Designation of Director pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 it has noticed an inadvertent mistake whereby Brief profile of Mr. Uday Damodar Tardalkar has not been properly captured.
