Greenply Industries Limited has informed the Exchange about the appointment of SP & SA Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a period of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
