Veerkrupa Jewellers Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to our intimation dated April 23, 2025 under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 regarding Board Meeting to be held on Monday, April 28, 2025 for review and approval of the Draft Letter of Offer with other business. This is to inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances, the said Board Meeting has been postponed and rescheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 06, 2025.
