Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), as amended from time to time, we hereby inform that Mr. Nihar Sanghai (DIN: 06421287) has been appointed as an Additional Director designated as Non-Executive Independent Director, not liable to retire by rotation, for a tenure of 5 consecutive years commencing from 25th April 2025 to 24th April 2030, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
