Emami Realty - Shareholder Meeting / Postal Ballot-Notice of Postal Ballot

In furtherance to our letter dated 29th March, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 & SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015, we hereby submit the Postal Ballot Notice dated 29th March, 2025 along with the Explanatory Statement seeking approval of members by means of postal ballot through the mode of remote e-voting only, for the resolution as set out in the Notice.
