MAHSCOOTER: Maharashtra Scooters Limited has informed the Exchange about appointment of DVD & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of 5 consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-2030, subject to approval by the Shareholders at the ensuring AGM.
