Odyssey Technolo - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company has vide Circular Resolution dated April 23, 2025 approved allotment of 37800 equity shares of Rs.10/- each at an exercise price of Rs.15/- per share under ESOP-2019 Scheme.
