PTC India - Announcement Under Regulation 30 (LODR)- Intimation Of Board Meeting For Declaration Of Interim Dividend

This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of PTC India Limited is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 26th April, 2025 to inter-alia, to consider and declare interim dividend for FY 2024-25, if any.
