In continuation to our letter dated 6th February 2025 with respect to Investment of upto Rs. 10,50,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores Fifty Lakhs) in Dura Build Care Private Limited ('DBCPL') by way of acquisition of upto 52% (fifty-two percent) equity shares in DBCPL, we hereby inform that the indicative time period for completion of such acquisition has been further extended upto 15th October, 2025.\r\n\r\nThe disclosure requirements in relation to the aforesaid investment pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulation and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 and other requisite details forms part of the disclosure filed with the Stock Exchanges on 6th February 2025.\r\n
