Nestle India has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended March 31, 2025

As of March 2025, 62.76% is owned by Foreign Promoters and 37.24% by Public.

Institutional holds 21.32% (Insurance Companies 6.16%) and Non-Institutional holds 15.90% as Public shareholders.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Nestle India company are Nestle S.A. (3305.14 lakhs shares / 34.28%) and Maggi Enterprises Ltd (2746.37 lakhs shares / 28.48%).
