Institutional holds 3.07% (Foreign Portfolio Investors 1.97%) and Non-Institutional holds 42.39% as Public shareholders.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Rathi Graphic Te company are Shark Packaging (India) Pvt Ltd (37.66 lakhs shares / 22.91%), Raj Kumar Rathi (31.73 lakhs shares / 19.30%), Alpha Stock And Finservices Pvt. Ltd (19.78 lakhs shares / 12.03%) and Saurabh Rathi (48942 shares / 0.30%).
