As of March 2025, 70.60% is owned by Indian Promoters and 29.40% by Public.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Vega Jewellers company are Sudhakar Vanama (1.69 lakhs shares / 35.30%) and Naveen Kumar Vanama (1.69 lakhs shares / 35.30%).
