As of March 2025, 58.13% is owned by Indian Promoters and 41.87% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Choice Internati company are Vinita Sunil Patodia (248.04 lakhs shares / 12.42%), Arunkumar Poddar (162.00 lakhs shares / 8.11%), Kamal Poddar (160.00 lakhs shares / 8.01%), Suyash Sunil Patodia (92.00 lakhs shares / 4.61%) and Patodia Properties Private Limited (84.70 lakhs shares / 4.24%).

Out of 1160.57 lakhs shares, Promoters of Choice Internati Company has over 160.57 lakhs (13.83%) shares on pledge as of March 31, 2025.
