Himalaya Food International Ltd. has announced the signing of a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Food Processor Cooperative of the United States.
As part of this strategic partnership, Himalaya Food will produce a specialized range of frozen breakfast products tailored for the U.S. food service sector. This collaboration marks a significant step toward revitalizing the company’s international operations, particularly its U.S. business, which faced setbacks following a fire incident in May 2022.
