As of March 2025, 37.94% is owned by Indian Promoters and 62.06% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Solara Active Pharma company are Devicam Capital Llp (74.64 lakhs shares / 15.53%), Pronomz Ventures Llp (26.74 lakhs shares / 5.57%), Srjr Enterprise Llp (17.00 lakhs shares / 3.54%), Arunkumar Pillai (16.68 lakhs shares / 3.47%) and K R Ravishankar (13.25 lakhs shares / 2.76%).
