Rallis India has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended March 31, 2025

As of March 2025, 55.08% is owned by Indian Promoters and 44.92% by Public.

Institutional holds 25.19% (Insurance Companies 1.10%) and Non-Institutional holds 19.31% as Public shareholders.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Rallis India company are Tata Chemicals Limited (1070.42 lakhs shares / 55.04%) and Ewart Investments Limited (0.75 lakhs shares / 0.04%).
