As of March 2025, 42.68% is owned by Indian Promoters and 57.32% by Public.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Vivid Mercantile company are Satishkumar Ramanlal Gajjar (381.32 lakhs shares / 38.03%) and Geetaben Satishbhai Gajjar (46.54 lakhs shares / 4.64%).
