Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Sigachi Industries company are RPS Industries Private Limited (753.17 lakhs shares / 19.71%), Amit Raj Sinha (235.10 lakhs shares / 6.15%), Chidambarnathan Shanmuganathan (194.08 lakhs shares / 5.08%), Rabindra Prasad Sinha (152.58 lakhs shares / 3.99%) and Swati Sinha (90.00 lakhs shares / 2.36%).

Out of 1686.52 lakhs shares, Promoters of Sigachi Industries Company has over 742.70 lakhs (44.03%) shares on pledge as of March 31, 2025.
