As of March 2025, 57.22% is owned by Indian Promoters and 42.78% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Manomay Tex India company are Everstrong Marketing Private Limited (23.10 lakhs shares / 12.80%), Kailashchandra Hiralal Laddha (11.84 lakhs shares / 6.56%), Maheshchandra Kailashchand Ladha (11.60 lakhs shares / 6.43%), Pallavi Laddha (11.26 lakhs shares / 6.24%) and Pramila Maheshchand Ladha (8.17 lakhs shares / 4.53%).
