As of March 2025, 21.88% is owned by Indian Promoters and 78.12% by Public.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Longspur Internation company are Manoj Naginlal Jain (28.04 lakhs shares / 20.54%) and Taranya Project (1.83 lakhs shares / 1.34%).
