As of March 2025, 24.87% is owned by Indian Promoters and 75.14% by Public.

Institutional holds 11.95% (Insurance Companies 0.45%) and Non-Institutional holds 63.18% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Century Enka company are Birla Group Holdings Private Limited (36.34 lakhs shares / 16.63%), Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited (12.67 lakhs shares / 5.80%), Prakash Educational Society (2.77 lakhs shares / 1.27%), Birla Education Trust (0.75 lakhs shares / 0.34%) and Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation Limited (0.71 lakhs shares / 0.33%).
