As of March 2025, 58.28% is owned by Indian Promoters and 41.72% by Public.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Srivari Spices company are Naryan Das Rahi (25.36 lakhs shares / 29.59%) and Neihaa Rathi (24.59 lakhs shares / 28.69%).
