As of March 2025, 74.95% is owned by Indian Promoters and 25.06% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Shradha Infraproject company are Bodies Corporate (313.60 lakhs shares / 61.94%), Sgr Holdings Pvt Ltd (150.76 lakhs shares / 29.78%), Shradha Ai Technologies Limited (Formerly Shradha Industries Limited) (77.50 lakhs shares / 15.31%), Sunil Raisoni (65.79 lakhs shares / 13.00%) and Riaan Diagonistic Private Limited (57.47 lakhs shares / 11.35%).
