As of March 2025, 65.12% is owned by Indian Promoters and 34.88% by Public.

Institutional holds 7.35% (Insurance Companies 0.24%) and Non-Institutional holds 27.54% as Public shareholders.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of TARC company are Anil Sarin (987.93 lakhs shares / 33.48%), Amar Sarin (927.47 lakhs shares / 31.43%) and Muskaan Sarin (6.19 lakhs shares / 0.21%).
