As of March 2025, 30.70% is owned by Indian Promoters and 69.30% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of IIFL Capital Service company are Nirmal Bhanwarlal Jain (469.64 lakhs shares / 15.15%), Madhu N Jain (120.75 lakhs shares / 3.90%), Venkataraman Rajamani (111.84 lakhs shares / 3.61%), Mansukhlal Jain & Pritesh Mehta (in their capacity as Trustee of Nirmal Madhu Family Private Trust) (100.00 lakhs shares / 3.23%) and Aditi Avinash Athavankar (in the capacity as Trustee of Kalki Family Private Trust) (90.00 lakhs shares / 2.90%).
