As of March 2025, 72.63% is owned by Indian Promoters and 27.37% by Public.

Institutional holds 14.61% (Insurance Companies 14.49%) and Non-Institutional holds 12.75% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Gloster L company are Vinita Bangur (21.72 lakhs shares / 19.85%), The Oriental Company Limited (12.08 lakhs shares / 11.04%), Madhav Trading Corporation Limited (11.86 lakhs shares / 10.84%), Hemant Bangur (7.52 lakhs shares / 6.87%) and The Cambay Investment Corporation Limited (5.34 lakhs shares / 4.88%).
