As of March 2025, 54.70% is owned by Indian Promoters and 45.30% by Public.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of City Crops Agro company are Kaupilkumar Hasmukhbhai Shah (51.67 lakhs shares / 31.67%) and Shitalben Kaupilkumar Shah (37.57 lakhs shares / 23.03%).
