As of March 2025, 65.80% is owned by Promoters and 34.20% by Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 65.59% and Foreign Promoters holds 0.20%.

Institutional holds 2.77% (Insurance Companies 0.01%) and Non-Institutional holds 31.45% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Texmaco Infrastructu company are Zuari Industries Limited (264.81 lakhs shares / 20.78%), Adventz Finance Private Limited (211.97 lakhs shares / 16.63%), Zuari International Limited (128.11 lakhs shares / 10.05%), Duke Commerce Limited (84.26 lakhs shares / 6.61%) and SAROJ KUMAR PODDAR(as a Trustee of Saroj and Jyoti Poddar Holdings Private Trust) (60.00 lakhs shares / 4.71%).
