As of March 2025, 50.55% is owned by Indian Promoters and 49.45% by Public.

Institutional holds 22.08% (Insurance Companies 1.29%) and Non-Institutional holds 27.35% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of JK Tyre & Industries company are Bengal & Assam Company Ltd. (1304.27 lakhs shares / 47.60%), Raghupati Singhania (16.44 lakhs shares / 0.60%), ANSHUMAN SINGHANIA (Karta of Shripati Singhania HUF) (15.13 lakhs shares / 0.55%), Vinita Singhania (14.03 lakhs shares / 0.51%) and Bharat Hari Singhania (6.71 lakhs shares / 0.24%).
