Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Ceat Ltd. company are Instant Holdings Limited (119.35 lakhs shares / 29.51%), Swallow Associates LLP (44.85 lakhs shares / 11.09%), Stel Holdings Limited (14.80 lakhs shares / 3.66%), Summit Securities Limited (10.46 lakhs shares / 2.59%) and Harshvardhan Ramprasad Goenka (1.34 lakhs shares / 0.33%).
