As of March 2025, 49.07% is owned by Indian Promoters and 50.93% by Public.

Institutional holds 34.87% (Insurance Companies 1.35%) and Non-Institutional holds 16.06% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Zensar Technologies company are Swallow Associates Llp (605.86 lakhs shares / 26.68%), Summit Securities Limited (250.28 lakhs shares / 11.02%), Instant Holdings Limited (191.78 lakhs shares / 8.44%), Sofreal Mercantrade Pvt Ltd (60.03 lakhs shares / 2.64%) and Chattarpati Apartments Llp (2.29 lakhs shares / 0.10%).
