V-Marc India has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended March 31, 2025

As of March 2025, 64.87% is owned by Indian Promoters and 35.13% by Public.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of V-Marc India company are Vikas Garg (125.92 lakhs shares / 51.56%) and Meenakshi Garg (32.49 lakhs shares / 13.30%).

Out of 158.42 lakhs shares, Promoters of V-Marc India Company has over 68.36 lakhs (43.15%) shares on pledge as of March 31, 2025.
