As of March 2025, 63.12% is owned by Indian Promoters and 36.88% by Public.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of Service Care company are Shany Jalal (50.48 lakhs shares / 37.87%), Anil Kumar Muraleedharan (16.82 lakhs shares / 12.62%) and Amit Kumar Rakhecha (16.82 lakhs shares / 12.62%).
