As of March 2025, 74.25% is owned by Promoters and 25.75% by Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 72.11% and Foreign Promoters holds 2.14%.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Velox Shipping company are Appu Financial Services Ltd (57.50 lakhs shares / 72.11%) and Zeus Trading Enterprise Pte. Limited. (1.71 lakhs shares / 2.14%).
