The Board of Directors at its meeting held today based on the recommendation of NRC, has approved the re-appointment of Prof. Anurag Kumar (DIN: 03403112) as an Independent Director of the Company, for a second term w.e.f. November 15, 2025 to July 12, 2030, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
