Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), we hereby inform you that NIIT Limited has executed Share subscription and purchase agreement and other transaction documents with iamneo Edutech Private Limited and its promoters, to acquire 100% equity shareholding of the Company in multiple tranches.
