Institutional holds 27.00% (Insurance Companies 1.62%) and Non-Institutional holds 1.04% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Macrotech Developers company are Sambhavnath Trust (through its trustees Abhishek Lodha and Vinti Lodha) (2309.46 lakhs shares / 23.15%), Hightown Constructions Private Limited (1934.76 lakhs shares / 19.39%), Lodha Philanthropy Foundation (1800.00 lakhs shares / 18.04%), Sambhavnath Infrabuild and Farms Private Limited (883.56 lakhs shares / 8.86%) and Homecraft Developers and Farms Private Limited (248.65 lakhs shares / 2.49%).
