As of March 2025, 43.60% is owned by Promoters and 56.26% by Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 42.00% and Foreign Promoters holds 1.60%.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of E2E Networks company are Tarun Dua (80.61 lakhs shares / 40.37%), Shailly Dua (3.01 lakhs shares / 1.51%), Suchinta Baweja (2.94 lakhs shares / 1.47%), Megha Raheja (17704 shares / 0.09%) and Himanshu Baweja (17704 shares / 0.09%).

Out of 87.06 lakhs shares, Promoters of E2E Networks Company has over 48.97 lakhs (56.25%) shares on pledge as of March 31, 2025.
